Bourbon Shrimp Cocktail – 
Bourbon-laced cocktail with fresh Avocado

Butter Bibb Lettuce and White Balsamic – 
With cocoa candied cashews, fresh raspberries, honey goat cheese crostini, and crispy prosciutto.


Garlic and herb roasted beef tenderloin – 
Over Yukon gold and roasted garlic potato puree with caramelized Brussel sprouts and a toasted cocoa Demi-glace.


Chocolate Tasting for Two – 
Dark chocolate decadence, milk and white chocolate Häagen-Dazs® ice cream and Gianduja hot chocolate.
