We would like to Welcome Ryan Herbertz as the new Executive Chef for the New Harmony Inn Resort and Conference Center. Chef Ryan has been in the Food and Beverage industry for over 17 years and brings with him a diverse skill set. He comes to us from The University of Evansville where he served as Catering Chef, prior to that he served as Room Chef for Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Evansville Indiana where at various times oversaw the operations of three of the food outlets they have on property.
He has had recipes featured in Evansville Living Magazine as well as a profile piece in News4U. Chef Ryan looks to bring a strong structure and level of guidance to the kitchens at the Red Geranium and Conference Center that will continue to strive for greatness and to truly offer our guest the best in quality and service.
